மாணவர்களுக்கான விதிமுறைகள் (For Students)
1. பதிவு கட்டாயம் | Mandatory Registration
அனைத்து வகுப்புகளும் அகாடமியின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ இணையதளம் அல்லது அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட முறையில் மட்டுமே பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
All classes must be registered only through the official Isai Yugam Academy platform.
➤ Note: தனிப்பட்ட (Direct) வகுப்புகள் அல்லது ஆசிரியர் தொடர்புகள் அகாடமி பொறுப்பு அல்ல.
Isai Yugam Academy is not responsible for any private or direct classes arranged outside the platform.
2. கட்டண செலுத்தல் | Fee Payment
வகுப்பு கட்டணங்கள் அகாடமி கணக்கிற்கு மட்டுமே செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
Fees must be paid only to the Academy account.
➤ Important: மாணவர்கள் ஆசிரியருக்கு நேரடியாக பணம் வழங்கினால், அதனால் ஏற்படும் இழப்புக்கு அகாடமி பொறுப்பல்ல.
Direct payment to teachers is at the student’s own risk; the Academy bears no liability.
3. நேரம் பின்பற்றல் | Punctuality
நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட வகுப்பு நேரத்தை மாணவர்கள் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.
Students must attend classes on time.
4. முன் அறிவிப்பு | Advance Notice
வகுப்பை மாற்ற/ரத்து செய்ய 24 மணி நேரத்திற்கு முன் தகவல் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
Provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel.
5. மரியாதை | Respectful Conduct
வகுப்பின் போது ஆசிரியருடன் தொழில்முறை மற்றும் மரியாதையான நடத்தை அவசியம்.
Maintain professional and respectful behaviour during sessions.

6. தனியுரிமை | Privacy Protection
ஆசிரியரின் தனிப்பட்ட தொடர்பு விவரங்களை கேட்கவோ பகிரவோ கூடாது.
Do not request or share teachers’ personal contact details.
➤ Disclaimer: மாணவர்-ஆசிரியர் இடையேயான தனிப்பட்ட தொடர்புகளுக்காக அகாடமி எந்தச் சட்டப் பொறுப்பும் ஏற்காது.
The Academy is not liable for any private communications between students and teachers.
7. உபகரணத் தயாரிப்பு | Prepared Equipment
வகுப்புக்கு தேவையான இணையம், கருவிகள் முன்னரே சீராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
Ensure internet and instruments are ready before class.
8. சரியான சூழல் | Suitable Environment
வகுப்பு நடைபெறும் இடம் அமைதியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
Attend classes from a quiet environment.
9. பாடப் பதிவுகள் | Class Recording
அகாடமி தர மேம்பாட்டிற்காக வகுப்புகளை பதிவு செய்யலாம்; மாணவர்கள் அனுமதி இல்லாமல் பதிவு செய்யக்கூடாது.
Academy may record sessions; students may not record without consent.
10. கட்டணத் திருப்பம் | Refund Policy
ரத்து மற்றும் திருப்பம் தொடர்பான அனைத்து கோரிக்கைகளும் அகாடமி விதிமுறைப்படி மட்டுமே.
Refunds follow Academy policy only.

No refund for payments made directly to teachers.
11. அனுமதி இல்லா தொடர்பு | No Unauthorized Contact
அகாடமி பிளாட்ஃபாரத்திற்கு வெளியே ஆசிரியருடன் தனிப்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தம் செய்வது முற்றிலும் தடை.
Private agreements with teachers outside the Academy platform are strictly prohibited.
➤ Liability Waiver: இதனை மீறி ஏற்படும் பணம் அல்லது வகுப்பு பிரச்சனைகளுக்கு மாணவரே முழுப் பொறுப்பு.
Students assume full responsibility for any issues arising from such actions.
12. பாடப் பொருள் பயன்பாடு | Learning Material Use
வழங்கப்படும் பாடப் பொருட்கள் தனிப்பயன்பாட்டிற்கு மட்டுமே.
Study materials are for personal use only.
13. பிரச்சினை தீர்வு | Dispute Resolution
எந்தச் சந்தேகம்/பிரச்சினையும் எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக அகாடமிக்கு தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
Report any dispute in writing to the Academy.
14. சட்டப் பொறுப்பு | Legal Responsibility
பதிவு செய்யப்படாத தனிப்பட்ட உடன்பாடுகள், பணம் பரிமாற்றங்கள், அல்லது தனிப்பட்ட வகுப்புகளுக்காக அகாடமி பொறுப்பல்ல.
The Academy holds no legal responsibility for unregistered private agreements or payments.
15. விதிமுறை மாற்றம் | Policy Updates
விதிமுறைகள் காலந்தோறும் புதுப்பிக்கப்படலாம்; மாணவர்கள் அவற்றை கவனிக்க வேண்டும்.
Policies may be updated; students must stay informed.
