ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான விதிமுறைகள் (Teacher Rules)

1. ஒப்பந்த பதிவு | Formal Agreement

அனைத்து வகுப்புகளும் இசையுகம் அகாடமியின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஒப்பந்தத்தின் கீழ் மட்டுமே நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
All classes must be conducted only under an official agreement with Isai Yugam Academy.

2. நேர்மை & நேர்த்தி | Integrity & Punctuality

வகுப்பு நேரத்தைப் பின்பற்றி, நேர்மை மற்றும் தொழில்முறை நடத்தை கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டும்.
Maintain punctuality and professional conduct at all times.

3. நேரடி தொடர்பு தடை | No Direct Deals

மாணவர்களுடன் தனிப்பட்ட வகுப்புகள், கட்டண ஒப்பந்தங்கள் அல்லது தொடர்பு ஏற்படுத்தக் கூடாது.
No private classes, payments, or direct deals with students are allowed.

4. கட்டணம் வழங்கல் | Payment Process

அகாடமி நிர்ணயித்த சதவிகிதப் பகிர்வு (எ.கா. 70% ஆசிரியர் / 30% அகாடமி) படி,
கட்டணம் அகாடமி மூலமே வங்கி பரிமாற்றமாக வழங்கப்படும்.
Payments are transferred by the Academy as per the agreed revenue share (e.g., 70% Teacher / 30% Academy).

5. தனியுரிமை | Privacy & Data Protection

மாணவர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட விவரங்களை சேமிக்கவோ பகிரவோ கூடாது.
Do not collect or share students’ personal data.

வருமானப் பகிர்வு விதிமுறை – இசை யுகம் அகாடமி

1. தனிப்பட்ட வகுப்புகள் (One-to-One Classes) க்கு ஆசிரியருக்கு 70% மற்றும் இசை யுகம் அகாடமிக்கு 30% வருமானப் பகிர்வு வழங்கப்படும்.

2. இந்த விதி தனிப்பட்ட வகுப்புகளுக்கு மட்டுமே பொருந்தும்.

3. குழு வகுப்புகள் (Group Classes), பணிமனைகள் (Workshops), அல்லது பாடநெறிகள் (Courses) ஆகியவற்றுக்கு இந்த சதவீதம் பொருந்தாது.

   • இவ்வகை நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கான வருமானப் பகிர்வு தனித்தனியாக ஆலோசித்து நிர்ணயிக்கப்படும்.

4. ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்ற வகுப்புகளுக்கான வருமானப் பகிர்வு இதேபோல இருக்கும் என கருத வேண்டாம்; அகாடமி எழுத்து மூலம் உறுதிப்படுத்தினால் மட்டுமே அது பொருந்தும்.

5. இறுதி கட்டணமும் பரிமாற்றமும் அகாடமியின் சாதாரண கட்டண நடைமுறைகளின் அடிப்படையில் நடைபெறும்.

• வருமானப் பகிர்வில் ஏதேனும் மாற்றம் இருப்பின் அது எழுத்து மூலம் / மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.

Revenue Sharing Policy – Isai Yugam Academy

1. For one-to-one (individual) classes, the revenue share will be 70% to the teacher and 30% to Isai Yugam Academy.

2. This revenue-sharing model applies only to individual (1:1) classes.

3. For group classes, workshops, or pre-recorded / structured courses, this percentage will not apply.

   • The revenue share for these programs will be decided separately based on the nature of the class or collaboration.

4. Teachers are advised not to assume the same revenue share for other formats unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the academy.

5. The final settlement and payment process will follow the academy’s standard payment cycle.

• Any change in revenue share must be communicated and agreed upon in writing or by email.
